Yes. The free tier lets you submit your tool and it'll launch on a Monday with the standard listing. There's also going to be a pro option that adds extras like video embeds, a custom CTA, DoFollow backlinks, and the ability to pick your launch week.

Tools are grouped into weekly batches that go live each Monday. For the first 24 hours order is randomised to give every tool a fair shot — after that, rankings are determined by upvotes.
